  • Worldview Impact Foundation was incorporated in England and Wales on 19th June 2008 as a company limited by guarantee under the Companies Acts (Reg no. 6624593).
  • The foundation currently has three directors who meet once a year and they are legally responsible for the management of the organisation and its projects globally.
  • The foundation has an accountant from Stocker Accounting ended 30th June 2010 to Companies House and HMRC.
  • The foundation is now applying for charity status from the Charity Commission and seeks the pro bono legal assistant of Baker & Mckenzie in London to complete that process.
